What does the process look like?

After conducting an initial capacity and needs assessment, I propose a timeline for the requested support or service development. Depending on the scale and complexity of the support requested, it could take multiple stages of engagement.

What type of nonprofit support do you provide?

Based on my work in the for-profit world, I am able to support event/retreat planning and facilitation for team building or fundraising, as well as work-place well-being initiatives to increase the resiliency of your team. I am also open to any other inquiries to weave networks of synergy between your organization and other nonprofits / philanthropy funders in different fields.

What does the process look like?

After conducting an initial capacity and needs assessment, I propose a timeline for the requested support or service development. For BeWellLeadWell Pulse work, each participant takes a 20 min assessment and then a 1:1 confidential 50 min debrief is scheduled over a month. We conclude with a group debrief (for projects with 10 or more participants) that collates everyone's results together, facilitating a conversation of how to move forward for the next year. Depending on the scale and complexity of the support requested, it could take multiple stages of engagement.

What type of well-being support do you provide?

Informed by my experience at Canyon Ranch, Watermark Retirement Communities, and Google Health and Performance team's Vitality Lab, I provide guidance on the most efficient ways to approach your team's well-being needs. The tool I find most effective is BeWellLeadWell Pulse; that said, I bring in other modalities for measurement and engagement as appropriate, like Barrett Values Assessment, Positive Intelligence, and XChange Approach.

Depending on the scale and complexity of the service requested, it could take multiple stages of quarterly engagement. Always starts with a pro forma and pilot budgeting and execution for informing the process with field testing in line with agile development principles.

What type of development support do you provide?

Any service development in Wellness Resort and Senior Living environments that encompass well-being benchmarking, health coaching, community building, and holistic program design that complement the Western Medical clinical services (nutrition, exercise physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and so on). This can be centered around technology implementation (VR, exercise recovery, physical therapy), process design and improvement, staff training, or all of the above.
